Doximity CFO to take medical leave of absence

On February 5, 2026, Doximity (DOCS) announced that Anna Bryson, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer, is taking a temporary medical leave of absence. In connection with Ms. Bryson’s leave, effective February 3, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Siddharth Sitaram, the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, to serve as the Company’s interim principal financial officer and interim principal accounting officer.
