Dorian LPG (LPG) announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of 50c per share of the Company’s common stock. The total dividends to be paid will amount to approximately $21.3M. The irregular dividend is payable on or about May 30 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 16.
