Donaldson increases quarterly cash dividend 11.1% to 30c per share

Donaldson (DCI) Company announced that its board of directors declared a regular cash dividend of 30c per share, an increase of 11.1% from the prior quarterly dividend of 27c per share. The dividend is payable June 30 to shareholders of record on June 16.
