Dollar Tree (DLTR) announced that Brent Beebe, senior VP of merchandising and marketing, will be promoted to chief merchandising officer effective April 2026. He will succeed Rick McNeely, who will retire next spring following a career with Dollar Tree and across the retail industry. Beebe is joining the company’s executive leadership team and will partner closely with McNeely over the next eight months to ensure a transition.
