Dollar Tree (DLTR) announced a leadership transition in its Legal function. Jonathan Leiken, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, has decided to leave the company to pursue another opportunity. He will be succeeded by John Mitchell, Jr., who will assume the role of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary on August 11. Leiken will remain with the company until August 22 to support the transition.
