The Justice Department has been investigating whether several producers of commercial fertilizers colluded to raise prices, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Josh Sisco and Ilena Peng. The companies whose conduct is under scrutiny include phosphate and potash suppliers Nutrien (NTR) and Mosaic (MOS), as well as CF Industries (CF), Koch Inc. and Norway’s Yara International (YARIY), said the report based on the sources.
