Reports Q3 revenue $151.5M, consensus $145.07M. Arcadia sales were $61.7M, up 7% year-over-year. DynaEnergetics sales were $68.9M, down 1% year-over-year. NobelClad sales were $20.9M, down 16% year-over-year. Backlog at NobelClad at the end of the third quarter totaled $57M after a record $20M order during the quarter. Net debt was reduced to $30.1M, down 47% from the beginning of the year. “During the third quarter, our businesses continued to be heavily impacted by volatile and lower energy prices, generally high interest rates and issues related to current tariff policies,” said James O’Leary, DMC’s president and CEO.
