DMC Global (BOOM) announced its board of directors has elected John “Jay” Doubman as an independent director. Mr. Doubman joins the DMC board with more than 30 years of global leadership experience in the industrial, building products and specialty chemicals sectors. Doubman currently serves as CEO and board member at ICP Group.
