Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Dish to $4 from $5 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares post the Q3 report. The analyst thinks Dish’s “stock implosion yesterday was only due partly to earnings and was exacerbated by management commentary about the company’s prospects.” The firm says the lack of a plan is “scarier” than the numbers.
