Online chat platform Discord has filed confidentially for an IPO, Bloomberg’s Caroline Hyde and Bailey Lipschultz report, citing people familiar with the matter. Bloomberg previously reported last March that the company was working with Goldman Sachs (GS) and JPMorgan (JPM) on the listing, but representatives for both banks declined to provide comment on the matter to Bloomberg on this development.
