Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Diodes (DIOD) to $43 from $53 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The company’s revenues are beating and guiding higher, but margins and earnings are guided lower on utilization charges and perhaps sales mix as well, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Truist adds however that the new buyback is “very encouraging”.
