Craig-Hallum analyst Anthony Stoss lowered the firm’s price target on Digital Turbine (APPS) to $4 from $5 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm says the company’s execution has been spotty at best over the last 4 years as revenues have declined year-over-year in each of the last 4 years. Last quarter showed a first glimmer of hope only to be followed with this quarter’s lack of execution again, Craig-Hallum adds.
