TD Cowen analyst Michael Elias raised the firm’s price target on Digital Realty (DLR) to $153 from $129 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said they reported strong 1Q25 leasing, mixed 1Q25 results, and raised its 2025 guidance. Cowen views management commentary on strong demand between HSP and enterprise demand as positive.
