Data Centers are the analyst’s preferred sub-sector, among the Communications Infrastructure and Technology Networking and Hardware sectors, noting that the companies in the space act as “the effective real estate partner for AI, Cloud and digital transformation investment.” Among that group, the favorite names are Digital Realty and Equinix (EQIX), the analyst noted.
