Diginex (DGNX) Limited announced it has signed strategic agreements with PT. Inovasi Emran Ekadanta, or iNEED, a prominent Indonesian technology innovator focused on sustainable digital transformation, to deliver comprehensive sustainability reporting capabilities to over 1,000 rural banks throughout Indonesia. Pursuant to the strategic agreement, iNEED has agreed to pay Diginex upfront fees of approximately $1.7M, plus a follow-on revenue share structure.
