Digihost changes name to Digi Power X

Digihost (DGHI) Technology announces that it has filed a notice of name change to “Digi Power X Inc.” with the TSX Venture Exchange. As part of the name change, effective at the start of trading on March 6, 2025, Digi Power X Inc. will commence trading on the Exchange under the new symbol “DGX” and continue to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol “DGHI”. Michel Amar, CEO of the Company, stated: “The name ‘Digi Power X’ reflects the aspirations of our company to be a leader in the development of sustainable energy infrastructure. This change comes at the perfect time, as we focus on our commitment to diversifying our company’s offerings and prepare to power the next generation of computing and data processing.”
