Digerati Technologies’ Verve Cloud enters partnership with Vida Global

Digerati Technologies announced that its operating subsidiary, Verve Cloud entered into a favored-nations agreement and partnership with Vida Global, a conversational AI technology company based in Austin, Texas. In the coming months, Verve and Vida will collaborate on development efforts to integrate Vida’s AI technology with Verve’s voice platform to incorporate the latest in conversational AI capabilities that can serve a variety of industries. Verve’s planned product launch will target its existing base of business users and prospective customers with a technology solution that it believes will enhance the value proposition of its UCaaS offering.
