Dianthus files $500M mixed securities shelf

From time to time, Dianthus may issue, in one or more series or classes, up to a maximum aggregate offering price of $500M of its common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants and/or units, at prices and on terms that it will determine at the time of the offering.
