Stifel analyst Simon Yarmak raised the firm’s price target on DiamondRock (DRH) to $9.75 from $9 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The strong ADR performance from The Cliffs, as well as 2026 group revenue pace +50% for the asset, should be a 25-50 basis point tailwind to 2026 RevPAR, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm added that the company is well-positioned to benefit from World Cup exposure, and that holiday shifts next year should provide a slight tailwind over 2025.
