Deutsche Bank (DB) CEO Christian Sewing is set to be named as a defendant in legal proceedings in London brought by five former employees, Florian Muller and Simon Foy of The Financial Times reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The former employees are seeking hundreds of millions of pounds in damages, which is likely related to a flawed internal audit that contributed to the convictions of the five ex-employees by a Milanese criminal court in 2019, which were later overturned.
