Designer Brands announces Sheamus Toal as CFO

Designer Brands (DBI) announced that Sheamus Toal will join the company as executive VP, CFO and principal financial officer, effective February 16. Mark Haley, who has served as interim principal financial officer during the transition period, will return full time to his position as senior VP, controller and principal accounting officer. Most recently, Sheamus served as COO and CFO of Children’s Place (PLCE).
