Senator Elizabeth Warren and other Democrats have begun asking leaders of Nvidia (NVDA), Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT), Amazon (AMZN), and Meta (META) to provide details on their donations to President Trump’s White House Ballroom, Ken Thomas of The Wall Street Journal. Democratic lawmakers sent letters to the corporate executives, raising questions about whether their donations could lead to more favorable treatment. Additionally, the lawmakers are requesting information from Comcast (CMCSA) and Union Pacific Railroad (UNP), both of which have merger reviews or other business pending before the Trump administration.
