TD Cowen analyst Jason Gabelman raised the firm’s price target on Delek US (DK) to $36 from $28 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said its earnings benefited from its earnings improvement plan coming through in its wholesale results. Cowen embedded some of that improvement moving forward though suspect the market will need to see consistent uplift to fully value.
