Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Dayforce (DAY) to $70 from $61 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares after the company agreed to be taken private by Thoma Bravo for $70 per share. The deal comes with material termination fees for both companies that support the expected early 2026 close, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
