Recipe Unlimited announced it has completed the acquisition of all eight Olive Garden restaurants in Canada from Darden (DRI) Restaurants. In addition to the acquisition, Recipe has entered into an exclusive development agreement with Darden to significantly expand the Olive Garden brand across Canada. Recipe will leverage its operational expertise and supply chain to enhance the Olive Garden experience in Canada.
