At the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on April 24, 2025, Danone’s (DANOY) Board of Directors will propose a dividend of EUR 2.15 per share in respect of the 2024 fiscal year, up +2.4% compared to previous year. Assuming this proposal is approved, the ex-dividend date will be May 3, 2025, and the dividend will be payable on May 7, 2025
