Barclays raised the firm’s price target on D.R. Horton (DHI) to $140 from $128 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm says that although the housing backdrop “remains fragile,” D.R. Horton’s execution is differentiated. It lifted the company’s estimates to reflect a less severe margin decline relative to peers.
