Citi lowered the firm’s price target on D.R. Horton (DHI) to $154 from $163 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm updated estimates and targets in the homebuilding and building products group as part of its 2026 outlook. Citi continues to prefer heavy construction materials with exposure to infrastructure over the residential exposed names.
