Cytomed Therapeutics announces $4.3M at-the-market offering program

CytoMed Therapeutics (GDTC) is pleased to announce that it entered into an At-the-Market Sales Agreement with R.F. Lafferty & Co., Inc., as the sales agent. Pursuant to the Sales Agreement, the Company may offer and sell through the Agent, ordinary shares, no par value, of the Company having an aggregate value of up to $4,304,945.
