Hunterbrook Media says that a new investigation reveals how CVS (CVS), UnitedHealth (UNH), and Cigna (CI) created new subsidiaries to “divert billions of dollars from health plans and patients.” All three “tried to keep it secret,” with CVS suing “to stop evidence getting out” and Cigna “calling the police on a reporter,” Hunterbrook says.
