CVS Health (CVS) is currently not offering COVID vaccines in 16 states, including Florida, New York and Pennsylvania, due to the current regulatory environment, Maggie Astor and Dani Blum of New York Times reports. CVS needs a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention panel to recommend the shots before it could offer them nationwide, but the panel is not meeting for at least another three weeks, according to the Times.
