Commercial Vehicle Group (CVGI) announced the retirement of Robert Griffin, from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective May 15, without standing for re-election at the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. Griffin has served as a Director since 2005 and is the current Chairman of the Board. Griffin’s retirement is not as a result of any disagreement with the Company, its management, the Board or any committee of the Board. It is expected that William Johnson will serve as the Chairman of the Board following Griffin’s retirement.
