JPMorgan analyst Anthony Paolone lowered the firm’s price target on Cushman & Wakefield to $14 from $17 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm reduced estimates for the commercial real estate services companies to reflect uncertainty playing out in the macro backdrop from tariffs and recession risk. However, the space should have a strong growth rate that is holding up versus the broader market, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
