Daniel Passeri will transition from his current role as CEO to one of Strategic Advisor, effective as of the same date. Most recently, Dr. Azam served as CEO of Inspirna, Inc., a privately held clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of novel cancer drugs.
