TD Cowen analyst Jason Seidl raised the firm’s price target on CSX (CSX) to $40 from $39 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm reduced 2026 expectations below consensus for the railroad group saying Eastern volumes finished the year weaker than expected. It reduced Q4 estimates ahead of the Q4 prints. TD cautious on the industry’s near-term outlook.
