Scotiabank analyst Maher Yaghi raised the firm’s price target on Crown Castle (CCI) to $114 from $109 and keeps a Sector Perform rating on the shares. Crown Castle delivered in-line Q2 results and raised its FY25 guidance, the analyst tells investors. The firm is “encouraged” by the company’s progress on near-term priorities and believes strong operational performance as well as the closing of fiber and small cell transactions will serve as key catalysts.
