In a regulatory filing, CrowdStrike (CRWD) says it has received requests for information from the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the company’s recognition of revenue and reporting of ARR for transactions with certain customers, the July 19 Incident and related matters. The company says it is cooperating and providing information in response to these requests.
