Bernstein lowered the firm’s price target on Criteo (CRTO) to $43 from $50 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm says FY26 outlook was close to consensus expectations, but the Q1 drawdown linked to the two major client losses announced in May 2025 will be steeper than anticipated.
