Credit Acceptance (CACC) announced that Steffen Schumann has joined the company as chief business officer, reporting to CEO Vinayak Hegde. In this newly created role, Schumann’s responsibilities will include leading enterprise business planning, pricing strategy, advanced analytics, and the continued evolution of dealer scorecarding and enterprise performance frameworks. Before joining Credit Acceptance, Schumann spent more than two decades at Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile (TMUS). He most recently held the role senior VP, consumer marketing.
