Stifel analyst Nathan Jones upgraded Crane (CR) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $215, up from $200. The company’s recent acquisitions are performing ahead of schedule, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Stifel is “particularly encouraged” by the pace of implementation of Crane’s business system and the benefits already being realized from value based pricing. The firm now sees upside to both the short- and long-term targets for these businesses.
