Crane NXT completes acquisition of De La Rue authentication solutions

Crane NXT (CXT) announced it has completed its acquisition of De La Rue Authentication Solutions, a global leader in security and authentication technologies, complementing the authentication and online brand protection solutions of OpSec Security and expanding the Company’s portfolio to include security technologies for government-issued identification documents and credentials.
