As previously reported, Craig-Hallum upgraded Knowles (KN) to Buy from Hold with a $17 price target The firm believes shares are oversold with the company having low tariff exposure. Management noted previously they expected only 5% of revenues to be impacted by tariffs with the majority of capacitor production done in the U.S. and a small amount of capacitor production in Mexico. The majority of the business is manufactured and sold in the U.S., specifically to the defense and med-tech space. Further, Craig-Hallum thinks the company’s hearing health business is somewhat safe given much of the impact is felt by customers and the business produces essential devices.
