Cousins Properties (CUZ) announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $500M of its outstanding common stock under its share repurchase program, increasing the total authorization under the program by $250M. Under its current share repurchase program, the company has repurchased approximately 3.9M shares of its outstanding common stock at an average price of $23.36 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of $90M. With the increase in the share repurchase program, the company currently has $410M of its outstanding common stock remaining for authorized repurchase.
