Cousins is one of the more attractive office REIT stocks, given a high-quality portfolio with low near-term lease expirations, relatively low financial leverage, and positive projected normalized FFO per share growth this year and next, though office is still one of the firm’s least preferred REIT sectors, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
