As previously reported, BofA analyst Nafeesa Gupta upgraded Coursera (COUR) to Neutral from Underperform with a price target of $12, up from $7, following a Q3 beat and management raising FY25 guidance. Following the beat and raise report, the firm increased multiples given a stronger growth outlook and margin potential, while also factoring in some market led multiple re-rating on reduced macro and tariff uncertainty, but argues that the after-hours price of $11 prices in upside.
