Coupang (CPNG) CEO and Chairman Bom Kim failed to appear before a parliamentary hearing in Seoul on Wednesday over the company”s recent data breach, Reuters’ Hyunjoo Jin and Heekyong Yang report. The executive, who cited his overseas residence and commitments as head of a global company operating in more than 170 countries for his failure to attend the hearing, is now facing a legal complaint over his absence.
