Citi analyst Peter Christiansen lowered the firm’s price target on CoStar Group (CSGP) to $70 from $100 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm says the company’s execution has been weaker than expected. However, CoStar is a “not a value trap,” the analyst tells investors in a research note.
