Wells Fargo analyst Jason Haas lowered the firm’s price target on CoStar Group (CSGP) to $55 from $60 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The firm notes the company announced its full-year 2026 and medium-term outlook. Homes.com net investment will come down by more than $300M in 2026, and management expects to decrease net Homes.com investment by $100M-plus annually thereafter until 2030, Wells adds.
