COPT Defense Properties (CDP) announced that it executed a 148,000 square foot lease with a top 10 U.S. Defense contractor at 400 National Business Parkway for a lease term of nearly 11 years, at The National Business Park, adjacent to Fort George G. Meade in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This lease, which is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026, brings the Company’s 882,000 square foot development pipeline to 86% leased.
