Cooperman’s Omega buys Sunoco, exits Arbor and Blue Owl in Q1

Leon Cooperman’s Omega Advisors disclosed in an SEC filing its holdings as of March 31, 2025. The fund’s lone new buy in the quarter was 285,000 shares of Sunoco LP (SUN). Omega exited five positions during the quarter: Arbor Realty (ABR), ADT Inc. (ADT), Ellington Financial (EFC), Crescent Capital BDC (CCAP), Blue Owl Capital (OWL). The fund increased its stakes in OneMain (OMF), Fidelis Insurance (FIHL), Motorola Solutions (MSI), Regal Rexnord (RRX) and KBR (KBR). Omega’s top holdings as of March 31, in order of size, were Mr Cooper (COOP), Energy Transfer (ET), Apollo Global (APO), Vertiv (VRT), and Elevance Health (ELV).
